You can also expect full support for your devices after purchase. We carry out an annual inspection and recalibration of your measuring devices to ensure safe, reliable and functional operation. As an additional service, we can record the actual condition of your device as part of an incoming inspection with certificate on request. Do you detect malfunctions or measurement deviations? Then we are also at your disposal with our expertise. We will identify the causes, provide you with a cost estimate to rectify the fault and then carry out a professional repair after your approval.

Are you worried that the shipment of your measuring device will lead to production downtime or other problems? That's no problem for us either! We can also offer you a calibration at your premises or send you a rental particle counter for the time your device is with us. We are happy to work with you to find solutions to such problems!

In order to be able to rely on the measuring accuracy of your measuring devices in the long term, it is extremely important to have the measuring devices calibrated. In ISO 21501-4 - second edition 2018-05 point 6.9 Calibration Interval it is pointed out that the calibration of the LSAPC should be carried out at intervals of no more than one year. The requirements should be met during the calibration interval.

Air counters and ISO 21501

Compared to liquid particle counters, the calibration of airborne particle counters poses greater challenges due to the need to generate air samples containing submicroscopic particles with homogeneous size and distribution. Although the technology of airborne particle counting is well understood, the ability to calibrate any two airborne particle counters to produce the same results when sampling the same air sample has proven difficult, calling into question the accuracy of these instruments. ISO 21501 now provides a calibration method that can significantly improve the repeatability and reproducibility of airborne particle counters.

We calibrate and maintain particle counters, aerosol generators and dilution systems from a wide range of bright controllers in tested quality in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 either at our factory or at your premises.

Specially trained measurement technicians maintain and calibrate our own particle counters, aerosol generators and dilution systems, as well as measuring instruments from a wide range of manufacturers at our factory in accordance with ISO 21501-4 using DKD-calibrated reference instruments. The reference particles used are traceable to NIST standards.

We can also offer express calibration (three working days) by arrangement.

It is also possible to use our delivery and collection service. You don't have to do anything except hand over the measuring device to our courier ready for dispatch!

Do you need a replacement device for the calibration period? No problem, just contact us!

Do you need calibration and maintenance on site? That is also possible! Simply contact us and we will work out an offer for you. Short response times - within 48 hours if required - also allow us to process your request quickly.

Calibration at the weekend is also possible at the customer's request and by arrangement.
