The AG 250 aerosol generator is used to generate test aerosols with defined properties. The particle concentration can be adjusted via an adjustable flow meter with needle valve. Testing of clean rooms, laminar flow boxes and safety cabinets is made possible by using the VD 100 dilution stage in conjunction with the AG 250 aerosol generator and a particle counter.

The most important areas of application for the AG 250 are filter tests and acceptance and control measurements of cleanrooms, laminar flow boxes and safety cabinets. The AG 250 is very handy and easy to operate thanks to its compact stainless steel housing. The AG 250 has an adjustable flow meter to dose the particle concentration. The core of the AG 250 is the two-substance nozzle with compressed air supply and a freely accessible container for the liquid to be atomized.

  • Simple operation
  • Easy to handle
  • Low maintenance
  • No auxiliary or exhaust air
  • Long service life
  • Operation at positive or negative pressure in the sampling chamber permitted
