The particle counters in the LDPC series have been specially designed for a wide range of measuring tasks in cleanrooms. Thanks to the flexible connection via an RS-485 bus system, the LDPC series particle counters cover all common measuring methods and standards in the pharmaceutical industry, semiconductor production, biotechnology and many other sensitive production processes. Especially in the field of continuous particle monitoring, the LDPC system offers considerable advantages over conventional monitoring systems. The LDPC monitoring system can be integrated into the existing cleanroom with minimal effort. Each sensor can be equipped with either an internal or external vacuum pump. It is also possible to connect the sensors via the in-house vacuum network.
